Announces Notice of Allowance from JPO
Gradientech today announces that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the Japanese Patent Office (JPO) for patent application no. 2016-525331, “New Use of Fluidic Device”. The patent application covers the proprietary minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) determination of a bacteria sample within a microfluidic controlled environment that is part of the technology platform of the Company’s diagnostic system QuickMIC™ for ultra-rapid AST in development.
