Gradientech today announces that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the Chinese Patent Office (CHN) for patent application no. 2014800389696, “New Use of Fluidic Device”. The patent application covers the proprietary minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) determination of a bacterial sample within a microfluidic controlled environment that is part of the technology platform of the Company’s diagnostic system QuickMIC™ for ultra-rapid AST in development.
