Gradientech AB (publ) (”Gradientech” eller ”Bolaget”) meddelar idag utfallet i den nyemission av aktier med företrädesrätt för befintliga aktieägare (“Företrädesemissionen”) som styrelsen beslutade om den 17 december 2024. Företrädesemissionen fulltecknades, vilket innebär att Gradientech tillförs cirka 60,6 MSEK före avdrag för emissionskostnader.
