Uppsala, 28 mars 2022. Gradientech AB (publ) meddelar idag att en ny vetenskaplig studie av bolagets diagnostiksystem QuickMIC® publicerats i den välrenommerade vetenskapliga tidskriften Frontiers. Studien visar på signifikant minskning i tid till möjlig guidning av korrekt antibiotikabehandling av svårt sjuka sepsispatienter.

Uppsala, 17 January, 2022. Gradientech AB (publ) announces the start of the clinical study of its diagnostic QuickMIC® system. The clinical study coordinated by the company is aimed to prove the clinical performance of the system and will form the basis for its regulatory CE-IVD approval prior to market launch. The QuickMIC system is developed with the aim to become the fastest diagnostic system on the market for antibiotic susceptibility testing of sepsis samples.
Uppsala, 17 januari 2022. Gradientech AB (publ) meddelar att bolaget påbörjar den kliniska studien av sitt diagnostiska QuickMIC®-system. Syftet med studien, som koordineras av företaget, är att bevisa systemets kliniska prestanda och kommer att ligga till grund för dess regulatoriska CE-IVD-godkännande inför en marknadslansering. QuickMIC är utvecklat med målet att bli det snabbaste diagnostisksystemet på marknaden för testning av antibiotikaresistens vid sepsis.

Gradientech AB (publ) (”Gradientech” eller ”Bolaget”) meddelar att Bolagets företrädesemission (”Företrädesemissionen”), i vilken teckningsperioden löpte ut den 23 december 2021, har avslutats. Den slutliga sammanräkningen visar att 3 675 316 aktier, motsvarande 90 procent av Företrädesemissionen tecknades med och utan stöd av teckningsrätter. Genom Företrädesemissionen tillförs Gradientech cirka 75,3 MSEK före avdrag för emissionskostnader.

Gradientech AB (publ) (“Gradientech” or “the Company”) announces that the Company’s rights issue (the “Rights Issue”), in which the subscription period ended on December 23, 2021, has been completed. The final count in the Rights Issue shows that 3,675,316 shares, corresponding to 90 percent of the Rights Issue, were subscribed for with and without the support of subscription rights. Through the Rights Issue, Gradientech will receive approximately SEK 75.3 million before deductions for transaction costs.

The Board of Directors of Gradientech AB (publ) (“Gradientech” or “the Company”) decided on November 30 to carry out a new issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders of approximately SEK 83.4 million (the “Rights Issue”). The Company has received subscription- and investment commitments from a selection of the Company’s major existing shareholders and external investors amounting to approximately SEK 44.2 million, corresponding to approximately 53 percent of the Rights Issue. The issue proceeds from the Rights Issue are intended to be used to enable the launch of the QuickMIC system for diagnostic use and to launch QuickMIC in selected markets in Europe, and will, upon full subscription, finance the Company and its activities until the end of the first quarter of 2023.

Bolaget har erhållit teckningsförbindelser och investeringsåtaganden från ett urval av Bolagets större befintliga aktieägare och externa investerare uppgående till cirka 44,2 MSEK, motsvarande cirka 53 procent av Företrädesemissionen. Emissionslikviden från Företrädesemissionen avses användas för att möjliggöra lansering av QuickMIC-systemet för diagnostiskt bruk samt lansera QuickMIC på utvalda marknader i Europa, och kommer, vid fulltecknande, finansiera Bolaget och dess aktiviteter fram till utgången av det första kvartalet 2023.
