Gradientech AB (publ) (”Gradientech” eller ”Bolaget”) meddelar att Bolagets företrädesemission (”Företrädesemissionen”), i vilken teckningsperioden löpte ut den 18 januari 2023, har avslutats. Den slutliga sammanräkningen visar att 1 229 617 aktier, motsvarande 50 procent av Företrädesemissionen tecknades med och utan stöd av teckningsrätter. Genom Företrädesemissionen tillförs Gradientech cirka 25,2 MSEK före avdrag för emissionskostnader.
Gradientech AB (publ) (“Gradientech” or “the Company”) announces that the Company’s rights issue (the “Rights Issue”), in which the subscription period ended on January 18, 2023, has been completed. The final count in the Rights Issue shows that 1,229,617 shares, corresponding to 50 percent of the Rights Issue, were subscribed for with and without the support of subscription rights. Through the Rights Issue, Gradientech will receive approximately SEK 25.2 million before deductions for transaction costs.
The Board of Directors of Gradientech AB (publ) (“Gradientech” or “the Company”) decided on 16 December to carry out a new issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders of approximately SEK 50 million (the “Rights Issue”). A prospectus regarding the Rights Issue has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is available on the Company’s website gradientech.se (https://gradientech.se/investors/rights-issue-2022).
