The diagnostics company Gradientech today announces the appointment of Dr Hilja Ibert and Dr Nedal Safwat to the Gradientech Board of Directors, effective May 9, 2023. Following the new appointments, the Board will comprise six directors.

SRL as commercial partner for the Italian clinical microbiology market for its QuickMIC® system for rapid antibiotic susceptibility testing of positive blood cultures. Based on a strong believe in the diagnostic product, a.d.a. SRL has also decided to make an investment in Gradientech.
Gradientech meddelar idag att den nyligen presenterade studien ”A multi-center evaluation of a novel microfluidic rapid AST assay for Gram-negative bloodstream infections” visar att bolagets ultra-snabba och precisa diagnostiksystem QuickMIC® kan mäta antibiotikaresistens och precisa linjära MIC-värden (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) med mycket hög noggrannhet och med flera timmar kortare tid till resultat än konkurrerande AST-system (Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing).
Gradientech today announces that the recently presented abstract “A multi-center evaluation of a novel microfluidic rapid AST assay for Gram-negative bloodstream infections” concludes that its ultra-rapid and precise diagnostic system QuickMIC® can be used to determine antibiotic susceptibility and measure precise linear MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) values with very high accuracy, with time to result hours faster than competing AST (Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing) systems.
