Information to shareholders

Gradientech has discontinued its voluntary quarterly reporting. No interim report will be published for the period January–June 2026 or for subsequent quarters. In its place, shareholders will receive a letter from the CEO twice a year, in May and November, with the first letter to be published in November 2026. Developments of material significance to shareholders will continue to be communicated as they arise.
